MOEUN Morn: born on 13 April 1985 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He participated in the Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program (SSEAYP) in 2003, followed by his participation in the Sunburst Youth Camp in 2002 in Singapore. After SSEAYP, he has actively participated in various activities by SI Cambodia and then selected to be International Affairs Officer in early 2007. In early 2006, he also founded A to Inspire, a non-profit group which works with children and adults living in slums. In mid-2006, he received a support grant from the World Bank in Phnom Penh to participate as a Country Leader in the 41st International Youth Camp in the Republic of Korea, organized by the Korean National Commission for UNESCO. A few months later of the same year, he was selected to join in the two-month Asia Culture Youth Workshop Program, co-organized by the Asia Culture Academy and Chonnam National University in the Republic of Korea. Morn is pursuing his Bachelor of Education in teaching English at the Royal University of Phnom Penh. He is now working at International Republican Institute (IRI) in the youth program and teaching part time at WELS Academy Cambodia.
